Liability for Damage in Transit:
​If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. We recommend taking photos of any damage to the packaging or product as evidence when filing a claim.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Insurance:
Flooring & Cladding Specialists will always offer insurance to the customer at an extra cost.​
This shipping insurance policy provides coverage for goods in transit, protecting against risks that may occur during the shipping or transport of the Insured’s products.
Choosing not to purchase shipping insurance can leave your goods vulnerable to a range of risks, including damage, loss or theft. Without insurance, any loss or mishap during transit becomes your financial responsibility!

- We offer up to $2000 in damages on ALL orders.
- Insurance costs $50 inc gst (not compulsory).

Coverage includes:
- Damage Coverage (Protection against damage, loss, or destruction of goods during transit)
- Theft Coverage (Coverage for goods lost or stolen during the shipping process)
- Cargo Loss (Insurance for goods that are lost in transit due to accidents or misdelivery)
- Natural Disasters (Protection against losses caused by natural events such as floods, earthquakes, storms or other uncontrollable events during shipping)
- Contingency Coverage (Unforeseen events such as accidents or fires)
