At Flooring & Cladding Specialists, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.
Returns:
We accept returns on all items within 7 days from the date of pick up/delivery.
Returns within the 7 days will incur a 50% restocking fee.

We do not accept ANY returns after the 7 day period (including defected/damaged products).

​To qualify for a return & refund:
The item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
Any items marked as "CLEARANCE SALE" cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer support team at fcsptyltdreturns@gmail.com to initiate the return.
- Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any other relevant details.
- Once your return is approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
- When we receive your returned item, we will asses it's condition and confirm with you VIA email whether or not we accept it, we will then process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and will typically appear within 10 business days.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item/s for a different color or product, please follow the return process above.
To ensure you get your product as fast as possible, return the previously bought item and once we accept it, create a new order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees UNLESS the product is defected or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive any defective/damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and will work with you to determine the best course of action. Please ensure to provide detailed information about the issue to help us assist you efficiently.
Please provide us with CLEAR photos of the defect once you've received the product VIA email as proof.

Insurance:
Flooring & Cladding Specialists will always offer insurance to the customer at an extra cost.​
This shipping insurance policy provides coverage for goods in transit, protecting against risks that may occur during the shipping or transport of the Insured’s products.
Choosing not to purchase shipping insurance can leave your goods vulnerable to a range of risks, including damage, loss or theft. Without insurance, any loss or mishap during transit becomes your financial responsibility!

- We offer up to $2000 in damages on ALL orders.
- Insurance costs $50 inc gst (not compulsory).

Coverage includes:
- Damage Coverage (Protection against damage, loss, or destruction of goods during transit)
- Theft Coverage (Coverage for goods lost or stolen during the shipping process)
- Cargo Loss (Insurance for goods that are lost in transit due to accidents or misdelivery)
- Natural Disasters (Protection against losses caused by natural events such as floods, earthquakes, storms or other uncontrollable events during shipping)
- Contingency Coverage (Unforeseen events such as accidents or fires)

Late Return Policy:
Returns must be received within 7 days from the date of pickup/delivery. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange for the item (including defected/damaged products).​

Shipping Costs:
Returns: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defected or damaged (must be within 7 days)
Exchanges: The cost of return shipping for exchanges is also the responsibility of the customer.
